Ahhh, I love the feeling of not having that training in front of me. When I’m doing stressful things, I EAT! When I’m super busy doing things i love (like working on my kids blog) I can go all day without thinking about food. Eating becomes a drag, cause I just want to find ways to make money blogging!
Any-who! Yesterday was one of those days.
Breakfast- 3 eggs and blueberries (i’m out of avocado’s :( )
Lunch: beef stew from Sunday night (cuts of beef with carrots, potatoes, and onions)
Dinner: Chicken salad! MMMM, so good with shredded chicken and low fat mayo!
That was it. I know I should have eaten more, but I didn’t have it in me.
I guess I don’t have to feel TOO bad, Kurt Harris http://www.paleonu.com/get-started/ says you can eat 2 meals per day! He does ehttp://www.paleonu.com/panu-weblog/2009/11/13/what-i-eat.htmlat dairy though.. and so does Mark Sisson. So, maybe it’s OK? Right Mindy?
Sure! For me, there are so few times that I'm NOT thinking about food, that if those times come along, I don't go against the flow! It will help balance out the times that all you can think about is food!
